Refund policy

Refunds are only accepted if the product has been recieved damaged at the time of delivery. If in this circumstance, please contact us directly via Facebook, Instagram or email us at contact@lemarzfragrances.com. We ask you to provide your order number and additional documentation, such as photos, for any products reported as damaged when received.ย You can return your product forย aย different product, or aย refundย to the original payment method.

Refunds are not accepted if you change your mind or if you dislike the scent of the purchased item.

RETURNS

Le Marz Fragrances happily accept the return of products if:

1. You have received a product that is different to the product you ordered.ย 
2. The product is damaged or faulty at the time of delivery.

* Please note that we will replace the product after we have received the incorrect/ damaged/ faulty item. Claims must also be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Incorrect Product
If you received a product that is incorrect and not what you ordered, please contact us at contact@lemarzfragrances.com or private message us on Facebook or Instagram.ย We ask you to provideย your order number and additional documentation, such as photos, for any products reported as incorrectย when received.

Faulty/ Damaged Product
If your product is faulty or is damaged in any way, please contact us at contact@lemarzfragrances.com or private message us on Facebook or Instagram.ย We ask you to provide additional documentation, such as photos, for any products reported as faulty/damaged when received. If product/s have beenย severely damaged to the point where product/s cannot be used, please keep all packaging material and go to your local LPO (Licensedย Post Office) for examination. As the damage happened during transit, the LPO will issue you a refund or they will contact Le Marz Fragrances and issue us the refund and we will send you a new parcel. You may however, request the product to be refunded to you. A partial refund of up to 40% may be issued ifย the damages are not severe.

Le Marz Fragrances will cover the cost of shipping on products eligible for returns. We will send you a return shipping label after we have approved and seen photographic evidence. In this instance, please keep all packaging material.

PROCESSING OF EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Exchanges will be processed within 3 working days from the date the returned products are received.

Refunds will be processed onto the Credit / Debit Card or via PayPal with which the purchase was made within 3 working days from the date the returned products were received. Refunds may take up to 5-7 working days depending on your institutuion.
